Nardy House is a Public Benevolent Organisation  (Charity). Our aim is to provide services and support to people with profound physical disabilities aged 0-65 years. We raise funds in order to undertake our building programme and are in our final building stage: A therapy room and pool. This stage will be open to the general public for therapy purposes. The project is at the working drawing stage and initial peg-out of the site has been completed.

We built our respite facility with a small contribution from the NSW Government however community fund raising, for the most part, funded this facility.  Our permanent accommodation facility, the Doris Lowndes House, was funded by a philanthropic grant from the Ryder Cheshire Foundation and community fundraising. We received no Government assistance in this building programme.

A donor is able to direct the use of donated funds to a specific purpose if that is requested.

We have demonstrated a determination to provide “state of the art” facilities and we are Third Party Verified (BSI). We are transitioning our clients successfully to the new NDIS scheme and supporting our carers in this new world of disability service provision.
