Gail Drury came to Nardy House with an idea to raise money for the sensory gardens that will surround the new Nardy House specialised permanent accommodation for people with profound physical disabilities. Her 860 kilometre ride will transform the outside of the Nardy House building site into a place for residents to enjoy their home. This is their place and a place designed to make their visitors welcome.
Nardy House has always enjoyed the assistance of the community in their garden development. There is the Bermagui Lions Club garden, the Permablitz/ Transition towns garden and pizza oven, the alpaca enclosure and now we are looking towards the “Nulla for Nardy” sensory garden.Added to this we have a garden designs developed and donated by local identity, Jan Kidd. Keep coming back to the website for progress reports.
The ride starts August 3rd!
