James Blinman lives at home with his mother, who is his primary carer.
At the age of 21, James was diagnosed with a spinal tumor. He became a tetraplegic 7 years ago, as a result of Cysts developing around the tumor and causing compression on his spinal cord.
James is looking forward to testing out the new hydrotherapy pool, once constructed.
