Kylie commenced working at Nardy House 7 years ago, after she was looking for a
way to advance in the field of disability.
Kylie has completed her Certificate 4 in Business and Administration, and since
working at Nardy she has completed a Certificate 4 in Disability. She is relief
administration officer and has recently progressed to team leader after the
completion of her Cert 4 in disability. She is competent in driving the buses and
educates new staff with the safety requirements for operating the wheelchair lifts in
the buses, and onboarding and offboarding the participants.
Kylie enjoys the diversity of Nardy House and loves the established friendships with
all the family members of the participants. The highlight of Kylie’s Day is getting out
and about in the community with the participants. They are very fun loving and
happy, bringing a lot of enjoyment to the day.
